“It’s the wildest, funnest ride. It’s a massive challenge in the best possible way and sometimes I think when your an adult it’s good to challenge yourself,” Helen said.

Helen is currently rehearsing for the Strictly quarter finals, which is taking place this Friday ( 2 December) as the World Cup is on Saturday.

Lorraine explained to viewers that Helen will soon be swapping her “heels for her wellies and your sequins for your woolly jumpers” as a news series of Winter on the Farm live starts Monday 5th December on Channel 5.

Helen said: “Please bring back my wellies. I honestly say to Gorka all the time ‘If I could do this in wellies it would be so much easier’, you get much more hip action if you’ve got a flat foot”.
