Billy Ocean Leeds: Legendary R&B singer announces 'The Very Best Of' tour with show at First Direct Arena
Following the 40th anniversary of his landmark album “Suddenly”, legendary singer Billy Ocean has announced a huge UK tour for 2025 with a stop in Leeds.
“The Very Best of Billy Ocean” will see the Trinidadian-born British singer perform all his greatest hits and fan favourites across 14 dates in June next year.
Billy Ocean enjoyed chart success in the late 70s with songs like “Love Really Hurts Without You” and “Red Light Spells Danger”.
He reached new heights with his 1984 album Suddenly, featuring single “Caribbean Queen (No More Love on the Run)”, for which he won a Grammy Award.
Following a sun of summer festival shows and a North American headline tour in October 2024, Billy Ocean set to return to the UK next year, kicking off his tour at the O2 Apollo in Manchester on June 4.
His tour will reach Leeds’ First Direct Arena on Saturday, June 21, with tickets going on general sale at 10am on Friday, September 27 via Ticketmaster.
