Leeds United upcoming 6 opponents set to have 18 players missing combined

There are some notable absentees for the next six sides Leeds United will face in the Premier League.

Leeds United face a crucial period in their battle to avoid relegation from the Premier League as the hectic festive fixture schedule kicks into gear.

Daniel Farke’s men face tough tests against the likes of reigning champions Liverpool, surprise package Sunderland and Champions League qualifiers Newcastle United over the next six weeks - and what happens throughout that time could well dictate just how big a challenge the Whites will face during the second half of the season as they look to preserve their top flight status.

There is something a little unique about this season’s Christmas schedule as several Premier League clubs are set to be without some key players after they were called up by their countries for the upcoming African Cup of Nations. The tournament will get underway when Morocco face Comoros on Sunday, December 21 and runs until the final takes place at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat on Sunday, January 18.

But which players will be missing for Leeds United’s next six Premier League opponents?
