She now lives with her three children and her parents on their dairy farm just outside of the Lake District National Park.

Despite Strictly Come Dancing rehearsals taking place in London, the mother-of-three has been showing Gorka around the small market town of Penrith.

The television presenter also posted a selfie showing her 373,000 followers that Gorka had met her “uncle George”.

“I wasn’t joking when I said I am related to half of town… Coffee break… Bump into uncle George,” he wrote.

The Strictly Come Dancing duo have just made it through to week seven of the BBC series, after competing in Halloween week with the Foxtrot.

Helen’s parents are looking after her children; seven-year-old Ernie, five-year-old Louis, and 10-month-old Elsie, while she is in London for rehearsals and shows.
