Helen Skelton has begun the week by exploring her hometown with Strictly Come Dancing’s Gorka Marquez.
The Countryfile presenter, 39, moved back to Cumbria in recent months after separating from Leeds Rhinos player Richie Myler.

Hide AdShe now lives with her three children and her parents on their dairy farm just outside of the Lake District National Park.
Despite Strictly Come Dancing rehearsals taking place in London, the mother-of-three has been showing Gorka around the small market town of Penrith.
Helen posted a video to her Instagram story, which showed the Spanish professional dancer sitting with locals in the New Square Cafe.
She wrote: “Totally makes himself at home in my hometown… casually joining people for coffee”.

Hide AdIn the background of the video, a passerby is seen asking the Strictly star to get a photograph, to which she responds: “Yeah, of course you can.”
The television presenter also posted a selfie showing her 373,000 followers that Gorka had met her “uncle George”.
“I wasn’t joking when I said I am related to half of town… Coffee break… Bump into uncle George,” he wrote.
The Strictly Come Dancing duo have just made it through to week seven of the BBC series, after competing in Halloween week with the Foxtrot.
Helen’s parents are looking after her children; seven-year-old Ernie, five-year-old Louis, and 10-month-old Elsie, while she is in London for rehearsals and shows.
