Brownie maker Savannah Roqaa, is outside Chophaus in Oakwood today (Easter Sunday) selling her mouth-watering range of The Savvy Baker brownies.
The 24-year-old dubbed the popular steakhouse in Princess Avenue 'the place to be' today as she told followers that if they missed out on her sold out boxes on her weekly online restock, this was their chance to get their hands on them.
Previous The Savvy Baker creations include Mars Bar brookies and cookie bars stuffed with white Oreo Dairy Milk, but today Savannah has some festive Easter brownies on sale which feature Mini Eggs, Creme Eggs and Malteser Bunnies.
Savannah said that when the brownies have sold out, it will be announced on The Savvy Baker Instagram account - so get down there fast!

The pop-up is just a part of Chophaus' Easter weekend events, having hosted a pop-up barbecue on Good Friday to reveal it's new menu and huge heated outdoor terrace.
Savannah's Instagram post announcing the 'surprise' pop-up said: "SURPRISE LEEDS!
"If you missed out on a box this week - we're doing a pop up outside Chophaus Leeds this Sunday!
"Not to forget Chophaus have an amazing weekend planned too!
"It's kind of the place to be"
Savannah set up her baking business from her small apartment kitchen in Roundhay just last year, and now has more than 38,000 Instagram followers.
The Savvy Baker has gone from selling 30 boxes of brownies a week during lockdown to selling 1,000 in just 90 minutes at her first pop up a few months ago.
She has full-time staff working around the clock to keep up with demand and celebrity clients such as Leeds and England player Kalvin Phillips.
