7. Eccup Reservoir
Abbey Maclure: My favourite country walk is the Eccup Reservoir loop on the outskirts of Leeds. The route is 4.5km long and passes through woodland and the quaint village of Eccup, over a dam and alongside the Sand Moor golf club. It can get very muddy so take your wellies - but the gorgeous landscape is worth it! Photo: Simon Hulme
8. Bramley Fall Woods
Tom Coates: A vast green space, there is a trail along the Leeds Liverpool Canal that you can follow right into the city centre. It’s a lovely route to walk or cycle, particularly in the summer. Photo: Bruce Rollinson
9. Cabbage Hill, Wortley
Tom Coates: I spent most of the lockdowns walking to Cabbage Hill and taking in the stunning views. You can see so much of the city, although it does get quite windy up there! Photo: Google
10. Leeds Playhouse
Georgina Morris: I've seen some really memorable plays and musicals at Leeds Playhouse during my time in Leeds, whether it's in the main Quarry House theatre or the little Bramall Rock Void space that was opened as part of its £16m refurbishment a few years back. There's so much creativity there and I love their focus on the community, from the tickets for a fiver for under 30s to the many programmes they run to help local people get involved in writing and performing.
