The classes will be broadcast at 6.55am and 8.55am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on BBC One.
The Body Coach
Joe Wicks has a range of fitness videos to suit different ages and requirements. He recently launched ‘P.E. with Joe’, which is aired live from Monday to Friday at 9am, to keep kids entertained and active while schools are shut.
