'A little Irish mischief': New pub bringing Guinness, games and live music to Leeds
The new 7,000 sq ft venue promises to bring a lively atmosphere to Merrion Street, with live music, happy hour and karaoke nights
A new Guinness and games pub is opening in Leeds next week, promising to bring “a little Irish mischief” to the city centre.
Love, Jackie is a new concept from Leeds-based Professionals at Play, the group behind Roxy Ball Room and King Pins.

The 7,000 sq ft venue will feature live sports, happy hour, karaoke nights and weekend live music, with Guinness, Beamish and Murphy’s all available on draught.
It also features crazy pool, interactive darts, pool, and shuffleboard, with live music every Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Matt Jones, CEO of Professionals at Play, said: “Everyone knows a Jackie. She’s the one who gets everyone together, convinces you to stay for another and makes sure there’s never a dull moment.
“We wanted to create a pub with that same personality. Somewhere with brilliant drinks, live music, plenty of games and the kind of atmosphere that makes you forget you were only popping in for one.
“Merrion Street is coming back to life, and we’re excited to be part of its next chapter. We think Jackie will fit right in.”
Love, Jackie opens on Merrion Street on Thursday, November 5.
