13. Bistro Fiori
This restaurant on Commercial Street in the city centre boasted 16 starters and 17 specialities with house wine £4.70 for a litre back in April 1984.
14. Chez Charles, Chapel Allerton
Anyone remember this restaurant on Stainbeck Lane? It is pictured in September 1989.
15. Low Hall, Horsforth
This restaurant offered a fixed menu for £13 (plus 95p for coffee and petit fours) in August 1984. It also boasted a 14 page wine list from which it was claimed to be one of Yorkshire's finest wine cellars.
16. Cocina, Vicar Lane
This Mexican restaurant made a name for itself in Bradford before opening in Leeds city centre. Remembered for its combination of excellent food and friendly, warm atmosphere.
17. The French Connection
Pictured in December 1983 this city centre restaurant was found on Chorley Street in Westgate.
18. The Allerton, Alwoodley
This was one of the city's best known restaurants and was to proud to boast it was fully booked for Christmas 1982. Weddings, banquets, dinners and luncheons all featured on the curriculum.
