A Leeds pub which was forced to close after a customer tested positive for Covid-19 issued an update yesterday (Saturday).
The Red Lion pub in Bramham closed for a deep clean after a customer who visited on Wednesday (26) told them they had tested positive for coronavirus.
Their Facebook post read: "We have been informed that a customer who visited the pub on Wednesday 26th August has tested positive for COVID-19.
"We are therefore required to close for a deep clean and testing and will keep all informed of when we can reopen.

"Thank you for your understanding."
The Sam Smiths pub has now confirmed that it is in the all clear and is open as of today (Sunday).
"Deep clean done and tests all clear open Sunday as normal," a statement on Facebook read.
