Hoc Loco Horsforth: Bar and bottle shop set to open in Leeds offering artisanal wine and Italian small plates

Hoc Loco has taken over a vacant site on New Road Side, Horsforth.

Hide AdThe independent bar will be doubling up as a bottleshop and will sell craft beer, artisan wine and natural ciders.
Customers can also expect tiny plates of Italian food that should pair perfectly with the drinks on offer.
The new shop has been under renovation since owner Emma Bond secured the keys in August.

In one Instagram post, Emma said: “This week, the voice on my head has mainly been:
“Can't wait to paint over that yellow wall and finish the bar off and make the whole place feel different all over again!

Hide Ad“I love watching the way the light creeps across the front of the room, creating gorgeous patterns as it goes.
“Painting the ceiling a dark colour has been both the best and worst idea I've ever had. I never want to paint a ceiling ever again.
“God I wish I was in the pub right now.”
Finishing touches are now underway as the bar looks set to open later this month.
