Popular Leeds development launches second phase of homes

Two years since work first began, homebuilder Redrow is launching a second phase of homes at its sought-after Leeds development.

Centurion Fields, located on Manston Lane, will eventually feature 200 properties, with a selection of three and four-bedroom designs from Redrow’s popular Heritage Collection.

Steve Jackson, sales director at Redrow Yorkshire, said: “We’re very happy to be announcing the launch of our second phase of homes at Centurion Fields

“The development has proven to be very popular amongst buyers thanks to its best of both worlds’ location. Positioned on the edge of open countryside and close to nearby parks and amenities, it also  benefits from excellent links into Leeds and the surrounding motorway network. This connectivity will be further boosted as plans progress for Thorpe Park Rail Station.

“The homes here were also among the first Redrow homes in Yorkshire to feature our new Eco Electric specification, which uses air source heat pumps to generate heating and hot water, in place of a traditional gas boiler.”

One of Redrow’s most popular home designs is currently available - the three-bedroom Warwick. The property has a kitchen/dining area that extends the width of the property at the rear, a separate lounge and a cloakroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the main with an en-suite, and a family bathroom. Prices start from £425,000.

Also available is the three-storey Lincoln, which has an open plan kitchen and dining area, a separate lounge and a downstairs cloakroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, an en-suite to the main bedroom and a family bathroom. On the top floor, there are two more bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Prices currently start from £420,000.

Steve added: “We have a number of incentives available to help make homeownership more accessible and achievable, whether buyers are taking their first step onto the property ladder or looking to purchase a bigger property to suit their lifestyle.

“These include our Key Worker Deposit Contribution, which provides thousands towards a deposit for frontline workers. The deposit contributions are our way of recognising the dedication and service of key workers and armed forces personnel.

Redrow’s Key Worker Deposit Contribution is open to workers in the NHS, education sector, police force, fire service, Ministry of Defence, local authorities, the RNLI, foster carers, care home staff, social workers, nursery workers, pharmacists and Blue Light Card holders.
