Canal Walk website launches as construction gets underway
As construction gets underway at Canal Walk, Rodley Homes has launched a dedicated website to provide local residents, prospective buyers and the wider community with a central hub for the latest information about the Leeds development. This comes ahead of the launch of a full sales website later in the year.
The new website brings together everything visitors need to know about Canal Walk, including construction news, answers to frequently asked questions, details about the 67-home waterside scheme and the range of homes available.
Designed as a central source of information for the development, it will be updated regularly with project news, key milestones and important announcements as work progresses.
Visitors can also register their interest directly through the website to receive updates on future sales releases, be among the first to hear when reservations open, and stay informed about upcoming show home and open house events.
Kim Linell, Sales Director at Rodley Homes, said: "We're really excited to launch the Canal Walk website as construction gets underway. It's an important milestone for the development and gives us a dedicated place to keep both the local community and potential buyers informed throughout the build.
“We know people have had questions about the scheme and the upcoming homes, and this website will help answer those while providing regular updates as Canal Walk takes shape.
“It will continue to evolve with information on construction progress, reservation dates, sales releases and upcoming show home events.
“We encourage anyone with an interest in the development to register their interest and check back regularly to follow our progress."
Canal Walk by Rodley Homes is transforming the former Airedale Mills site into a vibrant new neighbourhood of apartments and two, three- and four-bedroom homes overlooking the Leeds–Liverpool Canal and River Aire. The development is expected to complete in late 2027.
