When Leeds chef and entrepreneur Luke Downing opened Vice and Virtue, his concept was to bring fine dining to the masses, to deliver Michelin-star quality dishes at affordable prices. He certainly has the pedigree for it, having run Dough Bistro in West Park for many years. Vice and Virtue was a hit from the off and won awards in its first year of opening. There's a chef's menu, a prestige menu and even a take-away menu. It';s fine dining at affordable prices, with the Chef's Tasting Menu from Â£45 per person, offering dishes such as Dill Cured Salmon and Sous Vide Whisky Smoked Lamb Shoulder Fillet to mention but two.
