Salvo's has been a mainstay of Headingley for more than 40 years and recently underwent a major makeover, which saw the restaurant extended and completely remodelled. The atmosphere here is second to none, they pride themselve on customer service and the food is as close to Italy as you are likely to get without buying a plane ticket. Run by brothers Gip and John Damone, it has a real family feel.
