Doors open for concerts at 6pm for General Admission, Accessible, Balcony, and Live at Lounge ticket holders.

The last entry is 8pm, and re-admittance is strictly prohibited for the duration of the concert.

Events normally finish by approximately 10.30pm.

What can I bring?

In line with Cuffe and Taylor policy — the promoters for live music at the Piece Hall — attendees are not permitted to bring food and drink into the venue.

An exception to this is one sealed water bottle (maximum 500ml) per person.

A variety of food and drink stalls will be available on gig nights, as well as free water re-fill stations.

Anyone with a medical condition or specific dietary requirement is asked to contact the Piece Hall in advance to request permission to bring food or drink for personal consumption.

No rucksacks, backpacks, bags or double-strapped bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper are permitted.

Chairs, portable furniture, and inflatables are not allowed into the venue for any of the concerts.

Mobility aids that include a seating function, for example wheelchairs, are not affected by this policy and are permitted as standard.

Where is the box office?

The box office can be found at the North Gate entrance to the Piece Hall, near to the Woolshops.

It will be open on show days from 5pm to 9.30pm.

Will there be any locker storage?

Lockers will be available at Square Chapel near South Gate, where you can safely store any belongings or prohibited items during the event and collect them afterward.

How can I get there?

There are car parks and on-street parking within walking distance of the Piece Hall if you are driving, however, drivers are urged to use the A629 route and take the diversion to avoid congestion and possible queues at the bottom of town due to road works.

Halifax train and bus stations are all within walking distance of the venue.
