Two Leeds stars set for I'm a Celebrity jungle as The Sun 'reveals' rumoured lineup
Ant and Dec are returning to the jungle with a fresh lineup of celebrities ready to take on stomach-turning challenges - including two stars from Leeds
ITV’s I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! returns to our screens on November 16 and, ahead of the series premiere, The Sun has “revealed” this year’s batch of celebrities set to take on the infamous Bushtucker Trials.
While ITV has yet to confirm the lineup, the newspaper claims to have revealed the 12 celebrities heading to Australia, including former England and Manchester United footballer Wayne Rooney and Gavin and Stacey star Joanna Page.

Also heading to the jungle this month, according to the paper, is Kaiser Chiefs singer and Leeds local Ricky Wilson, who The Sun claims has been in ITV bosses’ sights “for years”.
Wilson needs little introduction. Born in Keighley, he formed Runston Parva (later renamed Kaiser Chiefs) with bandmates Whitey, Simon Rix, Peanut and Nick Hodgson in 1996.
Their 2005 album Employment remains Leeds’ best-selling record to date and features hit singles “I Predict A Riot” and “Everyday I Love You Less and Less”.
Wilson has also been a regular on The Voice, where he was a coach from 2014 to 2016.
He is joined by fellow Loiner Leigh Francis, best known for his work as Keith Lemon and on Channel 4 sketch show Bo’ Selecta!.

According to The Sun, the Beeston-born comedian has been on Ant and Dec’s list for a while and nearly headed Down Under two years ago, when he held talks with ITV bosses about taking part in the show.
Full lineup (according to The Sun):
- Wayne Rooney
- Joanna Page
- Ade Adepitan
- Sharky (Sharmarke Mohamud)
- Chloe Burrows
- Ricky Wilson
- AJ Odudu
