It was another disappointing result for Leeds, who are edging closer to a relegation battle in the middle-eights.

Here are five talking points from the game.

1: For the first time this year, Leeds looked capable of scoring whenever they attacked the opposition’s line.

2: But that said, it is no good scoring 34 points and conceding 38. Both teams’ attack was well below-par.

3: After a poor start, Leeds got into the game when Rob Burrow moved from half-back to hooker.

4: The form of Leeds’ youngsters was a major positive. Ashton Golding, Ash Handley, Liam Sutcliffe and Jordan Lilley all impressed.

5: With a host of key players unavailable and three more hurt during the game, it was a brave effort by Rhinos, but they are getting to the stage where all that matters is points on the league table and in that respect it was another disappointing evening.
