How to watch 3 England teams in Rugby League World Cup action: kick-off times plus TV and BBC radio details

All three England sides will be in World Cup action at Wollongong on Friday.

The men complete their group campaign against Papua New Guinea at WIN Stadium in Australia’s New South Wales knowing only a big win will keep their semi-final hopes alive. Even then, they will be relying on Samoa suffering a hefty loss to Tonga two days later.

England’s men kick-off at 9.05am and the game will be shown live on Premier Sports 1, with build-up beginning at 8.45am. There is no live television coverage on the BBC, but Radio 5 Live Sports Extra will carry full commentary, with build-up from 8.45am.

That follows the women’s showdown with Samoa at the same ground, which kicks off at 6.45am. It will also be shown on Premier Sports 1, from 6.30am. The winners will be through to the semi-finals with the losers crashing out.

England’s wheelchair team, featuring Rhinos’ Nathan Collins and Tristan Norfolk, begin their defence of the World Cup title they won four years ago in Manchester, when they face Wales at WIN Entertainment Centre on Friday. The first whistle is at 4.30am, with full live match coverage on Premier Sports from 4.25am.
