WHITES defender Robin Koch says Leeds United will continue to play their same style against every team in the division in a manner not befitting a side new to the Premier League.

Marcelo Bielsa's Whites will take in their sixth game since their return to the Premier League with tonight's clash at Aston Villa with United looking to bounce back from Monday night's 1-0 reverse at home to Wolves.

Leeds again began on the front foot and dominated the first half of Monday's clash but failed to score for the first time this season and ultimately fell to a second loss of the new campaign as Wolves hit back strongly in the second half.

Yet United's swashbuckling, energetic and attacking football had already amassed seven points from the club's first four games before the Wolves clash with an opening day 4-3 thriller at Liverpool followed by a 4-3 victory at home to Fulham before a 1-0 triumph at Sheffield United and 1-1 draw at home to Manchester City.

Leeds will now take on a second-placed Villa side who have won our games out of four including a 7-2 thrashing of Liverpool but German international centre-back Koch says his side will continue with the same approach whoever they are playing.

Koch told LUTV: “I think we’ve started really well, the first game against Liverpool was a good game from us, but the result could have been better.

“The games after the Liverpool match were really good and we managed to get some results.

"Against Wolves we played a really good game, especially in the first half, but we needed to score in the first half and I think then the second half is different.

"It was a good game from us, the only point which was not good was the result.

"The vision of the coach, team and the club about playing football is not typical for a team who has just returned to the Premier League.

"We want to play our game in every game and even against Manchester City and Liverpool we play in the same offensive way.

"This is really important for us and every player, because it is always the best when you play your own game and for me it’s very good to have.”

Sizing up the task in store at Villa - a game which comes just four days after the loss to Wolves - Koch said: “It’s important to recover as fast as possible.

“Aston Villa have started really good and it will be a tough game on Friday.

“When you win 7-2 against Liverpool, it might happen once in five years, it shows they are really good and playing really well at the moment.”
