He's a big part of the way they play and is a dangerous, creative player to be clamped down on if you want to stifle Southampton. He can play on the left or the right of midfield but has mostly featured on the right, which could pit him against Stuart Dallas. Leeds' Mr Versatile is well used to tough defensive assignments and is the player you would want to take this job.

Danny Ings

A player with the ability to punish teams for any defensive mistakes with clinical finishing, Ings is a well rounded striker who will test Liam Cooper, Pascal Struijk and the Leeds back line. His eight goals and three assists have made him a vital part of the Saints attack but his willingness to press defences makes him a big part of their defensive set-up.

GRAHAM SMYTH'S VERDICT

Their 1-1 draw with Chelsea stopped the rot of six straight Premier League defeats and the Saints will hope to add their first league victory since January 4, when they visit Elland Road. Despite Friday's loss to Wolves, Leeds should still be full of confidence. They created chances, most but not all of which came from set-pieces, and they defended well for the most part. A similar performance, with a little more fluidity in attack and improved performances from one or two would go a long way in this one. It's very winnable. I'm going 2-1 Leeds.
