It has been a good start for Jesse Marsch and his men, but they face a good-looking Chelsea side on Sunday in what will be a stern test.

In the meantime, Leeds will still be looking at potential transfer targets as they continue a busy summer of business.

With that in mind, we have rounded up all the latest transfer news and rumours surrounding Elland Road.

Gnonto latest

Leeds are said to be 'very close' to completing a deal for striker Willy Gnonto.

Corriere Dello Sport are reporting that the Whites have submitted an offer worth £4.2million offer.

FC Zurich were said to be looking for a fee of around that much this summer, and Leeds could be on their way of agreeing a deal.

There are also said to be bonuses included in the offer in a bid to convince Zurich, though Feyenoord are also said to have expressed an interest in the Italian.

The Whites could be close to ending their striker search.

Taylor price tag

Leeds have been linked with a move for Burnley star Charlie Taylor over recent weeks, and they now know how much they will have to pay.

Burnley recently signed Ian Maatsen in Taylor's position, leading to fresh claims of a departure.

The Whites are said to be keen on Taylor, but according to Lancashire Live, they will have to pay at least £5million to complete a deal.

Burnley have placed the price tag on Taylor after already losing a number of defenders in recent months.

That would be seen as an affordable fee by Leeds, especially if they can land a new striker on the cheap.
