  • LIVE SCORE: Ajax 3-1 Leeds United (second half)

15. United trying to respond. Goal was a little against the run of play but summed up the frantic start. Cooper’s slip allowed Ajax in, not much he could do once he lost his footing.

18. The hosts get down the right and play a low ball in. Kenneh is in front of his man but can’t quite clear probably. He gets enough on it, though, to put off the attacker and Leeds swipe it away.

19. Great run from Costa into the area as he beats a couple of defenders. He cuts it back to Poveda but he’s swarmed before he can shoot.

21. Forshaw takes out a charging Ajax run. Allows Leeds to get orginised for the free-kick, which is swung in from the right.

21. Van Den Huevel was stuck to the spot as Ajax looped a header towards the back post at the set-piece. The ball, though, falls just the wrong side of the post.

22. Drameh causing Ajax some problems. Him and Costa have linked up well so far. He gets into the area and cuts it back but the hosts clear just as Roberts looks to shoot.

24. Goal-saving tackle from Moore. Ajax are in. Regeer opts to square it rather than shoot and Moore slides in to clear just before Jensen can tap home.

26. Goal Ajax. 2-0. Rasmussen.

Ajax double the lead

27. Ajax take a short corner and it’s swung into the far post. A hosts head nods it back into the six-yard box and Rasmussen volleys home.

28. Forshaw is caught on the ball. He loses it and gets away with the mistake as Jensen fires wide. Ajax come again but the flag is raised.
