Rogel has made 20 appearances for his national under-20s side but has been frozen out at current club Nacional for his refusal to sign a new deal.

The Whites, according to his agent, offered the defender a pre-contract agreement with a view to loaning him out for the required time to acquire a visa to make the move to Thorp Arch.

The offer though has been turned down with Rogel still assessing his options ahead of the summer.
