YEP Says: Caitlin spoke her mind powerfully
CAITLIN Newdall's story of her battle with depression and self harm, and her attempts to take her own life was heartbreaking in its honesty.
Our #speakyourmind campaign aims to highlight such battles, the difficulty in accessing the right treatment and to encourage people to talk about mental health.
She has spoken in an extremely powerful way and her words will resonate with many young people - and their families – who face similar struggles.
