The Woods in Chapel Allerton confirms re-opening date and new hours after fire
A popular Leeds bar which has been closed for six months after a fire has confirmed when it will re-open.
The Woods in Chapel Allerton shut in May after 40 per cent of the building on Stainbeck Corner was damaged by the blaze, which started on the first floor.
At the time, work on a new roof terrace was taking place.
The cause of the fire has not been released.
The Woods confirmed on their Facebook page that they will re-open in early 2019 with new trading hours.
They will now open from 9am and will serve breakfast, brunch, lunch and evening menus.
They will also be providing superfast broadband for customers.
