TRAVEL: Delays on Leeds outer ring road
There are reports of gridlocked traffic around the Horsforth area of the city for this morning's commute.
An inside lane has been closed westbound on the A6120 Leeds Outer Ring Road by the Rodley roundabout with the A657 Rodley Lane.
