Police and paramedics called to multi-vehicle crash in Bramley in heavy snow

Emergency services have been called to a five-car crash in Bramley.

West Yorkshire Police were called to Lower Town Street (A657) near Bramley Shopping Centre at 8.42am today.

Five vehicles were involved in the crash and the junction was closed to traffic.

An eyewitness said firefighters and paramedics were also called to the scene.

A police spokesman has confirmed that no one was injured in the crash.

The vehicles were recovered and the road reopened at 11.40am.

Police have urged drivers to avoid travelling today due to treacherous conditions across West Yorkshire.
