Leeds Pride Parade 2022: First Bus offering unlimited travel for just £3 to mark city's celebration of diversity

This Sunday (August 7) Leeds Pride will bring together LGBTQI+ people from across the city for a day of fun, friendship and community spirit.
After missing the last two years due to the pandemic, Sunday’s Leeds Pride will mark 17 years of pride events in Leeds.

To mark the occasion First Bus and their ‘Ride with Pride’ campaign will see a special travel support offer which the operator hopes will benefit lower income households and disadvantaged groups.
As one of the key bus operators in West Yorkshire First Bus are committed to helping create easier access to Pride events and festivals across the community, including the Leeds Pride parade on Sunday (August 7).
Liaqat Ali from Leeds Pride said: “It’s great to have Leeds City, by First Bus, onboard as a sponsor for 2022, with their help and support this fantastic offer helps people from across Leeds easily and cost effectively get to and from Pride and enjoy the day fully.”
The bus operator will be offering a special Pride Day ticket allowing for unlimited travel across Leeds for just £3.

Tickets will be available to purchase from (date) and is valid for unlimited travel on Sunday, August 7 only.
First Bus will have their 'Ride with pride' double decker as part of the Leeds Pride parade and before parking up at the festival site with a stall and plenty of games, giving away free bus tickets.
