Footage shows standstill traffic on Park Lane, near the end of The Headrow, and Leeds Ring Road as commuters leave work.
Armley Gyratory was closed for hours this afternoon after a man fell from a bridge over the carriageway.

First Bus and Arriva services are delayed by up to two hours.
