A Leeds motorway was closed for almost 15 hours following a fatal crash.
The M62 in West Yorkshire was closed eastbound between J28 (Leeds) and J29 (Wakefield) due to the serious collision.
Emergency services including West Yorkshire Police were on the scene, with National Highways Traffic Officers also in attendance to assist with traffic management.

Hide AdWest Yorkshire Police have confirmed an Audi A3 was travelling in the wrong direction when it was hit by a HGV. The male occupant of the Audi was confirmed dead at the scene.
