Missing Leeds teenager found 'safe and well' following public appeal
Police have thanked the public for their help
A 15-year-old girl who was reported missing in Leeds has now been found.
Police issued an appeal to find Mia, who had been last seen in the Harehills area on Tuesday, August 25.
They have now confirmed that the teenager has been found “safe and well” and have thanked the public for their help.
A spokesperson from West Yorkshire Police said: “Mia, who was previously reported missing from Leeds, has been found safe and well.
“Our thanks to all who shared the appeal.”
