A Leeds postcode has been revealed as the daily People's Postcode Lottery winner on New Year's Eve.

Lucky winners in LS19 7JD will each get £1,000 if they purchased a ticket, £2,000 if they purchased two tickets or £3,000 if they purchased three.

The postcode, in Yeadon, is one of twenty across the country to win the last daily prize of 2019.

The People's Postcode Lottery is a subscription lottery which raises money for charities and 32% of the ticket price goes to a worthy cause.

The Yeadon postcode is the fifth Leeds area to have win the daily prize this month.
