Keith Lemon shared a memorable tribute to ITV2’s Celebrity Juice after the final episode aired on Thursday night.

The comedian, 49, from Leeds, who boasts almost 2 million Instagram followers, uploaded a photo showing the word “fanks” written on the back of his hand, which was previously shown to viewers of Celebrity Juice: The Happy Ending.

He captioned the snap, writing: “Fanks. The end! Goodnight, lotsa love x”

The post racked up over 14,000 likes and comes after Keith expressed being “super proud” of the comedy panel show.

The comedian has been joined throughout his 14 years on the show by celebrities including Maya Jama, Will Mellor and Big Narstie, as well as captains Holly Willoughby, Fearne Cotton, Emily Atack and Laura Whitmore.

The stars reunited for the final episode with many taking to social media to share fond memories of working on Celebrity Juice.

"I’m super proud of it," Keith told BBC Newsbeat.

"I guess that’s why Holly and Fearne came about for the last one as well - it’s a big part of their lives.”

Celebs and viewers alike have commented on Keith’s Instagram tribute describing it as “the end of an era”. Meanwhile, on Twitter fans have called on ITV to bring back the show.

One wrote: “@lemontwittor Celebrity Juice has been one of my favourite shows for over a decade, I really hope ITV realise their mistake, and bring it back!!! Or maybe some other channel can bring it back instead… I don’t give a f*** who brings it back, as long as it comes back!!”
