Determined not to let lockdown ruin her 23rd birthday last week, Amy's family transformed their East End Park home into Leeds city centre.

The boozy birthday started with a bottomless brunch at 'Manahatta', in the living room, before moving to a 'Bar Fibre' courtyard party, cocktails at 'Dirty Martini' and ending the night at 'Pop World'.

Manahatta has since offered Amy a free brunch once the bar reopens, while Dirty Martini has proposed a belated birthday party and a cocktail masterclass for Amy's dad - who was bartender at the lockdown party.

Amy said: "I cannot wait for a belated birthday party at Dirty Martini. We will now be able to replace the blow up saxophones with the real life versions while sipping on martinis.

"My dad is absolutely buzzing at the invitation and can’t wait to pick up some tips from the professionals and sample a real “Long Island Iced Tea”, it's his favourite cocktail."

The CEO of Dirty Martini, Scott Matthews, saw the Yorkshire Evening Post's story and praised the efforts of Amy's family.

Scott said: "I’ve sent the video to our board of directors, our marketing and sales team and to my family WhatsApp group! My mum loves it.

"It was heartbreaking for us having to close - but it’s so nice to see our customers are still thinking of us, that we’re still in their minds.

"It's a really testing time for everybody, but we're in this together."

Amy is 'overwhelmed' at how much support she has received since posting the video and has since been interviewed on national radio.

She said: "I never thought it would get this much attention, not in a million years. All I did was post a snapchat story and it has resulted in a free brunch at Manahatta, a belated party at Dirty Martini as well as a cocktail masterclass.

"My friends and family keep re-watching the video and it gets funnier every time. I'm overwhelmed with how much interest the story has got.

"I’ve never had as many likes in my whole life, think I may have done a slight Kim Kardashian and broken the isolation internet!"
