Huge queues for Cardigan Fields Nando's as 50% Eat Out to Help Out scheme launches

There were huge queues outside the Cardigan Fields Nando's as the government's Eat Out to Help Out scheme was launched.

Queues of about 40 people waited outside the Kirkstall Road restaurant at 1.30pm on Monday, August 3.

The Portuguese chicken restaurant is taking part in the government scheme, which gives 50 per cent off the bill at restaurants, pubs and cafés.

The discount applies to people who eat in and not for takeaways.
