Leeds travel: Road closed after bus and cyclist involved in crash

West Yorkshire Metro warned that Blackman Lane was closed due to a collision, meaning some bus services were being diverted.

Police said they had been called to the scene, close to the junction with Woodhouse Lane, at around 3pm.

A spokesman said a bus and a cyclist had been involved in a collision.

He said an ambulance had been requested but the cyclist's injuries were not believed to be serious.

First Bus is currently diverting its 1, 6, 28 and 29 services towards Leeds via Blenheim Walk.
