There were free workshops on such areas as DJing, emceeing, graffiti, beatboxing and music production, along with a ‘Queens of Hip Hop’ showcase, highlighting the substantial and important female contributors to world Hip Hop culture.

The family-friendly and inclusive event also featured a very popular ‘baby Hip Hop block party’, where youngsters could take part in the celebration at their own mini party.
