Four arrested over sex assault claims
Four people have been arrested during an inquiry into reports of a serious sex assault on a young girl in West Yorkshire.
Police were called to the Agbrigg area of Wakefield shortly after 6pm on Sunday following claims a girl had been attacked at a local property.
A spokeswoman for West Yorkshire Police yesterday said the alleged victim was being supported by specially-trained officers. Police were yesterday also carrying out patrols aimed at providing reassurance to people living in the area.
