Fire crews were rushed to a crash near Rothwell last night and rescued a person who had become trapped.
Appliances from Rothwell and Hunslet attended the scene on Sharp Lane in Robin Hood at about 9.30pm.
Two vehicles had collided leaving one person trapped.
They were released by fire crews and handed over to awaiting paramedics.
