Delays on M62 as vehicles break down
Congestion has built up on parts on the M62 this morning.
Highways England said there were delays of half an hour on the westbound carriageway due to the broken down crane which has closed two of four lanes within the roadworks between junctions 18 and 19.
There are further reports of a broken down vehicle on the slip road just before junction 27 on the motorway's westbound carriageway, according to West Yorkshire Police.
