Violent Leeds boyfriend 'would leave no marks' to avoid being arrested
He badly broke woman’s finger during attack
A thug would attack his girlfriend then boast he could not be charged by police if he “left no marks” on her.
Michal Hudak appeared at Leeds Crown Court this week where he admitted charges of ABH and assault, dating back 10 years.
During one attack he grabbed her finger and left it broken and with permanent nerve damage.
Prosecutor Adrian Strong said the couple had been in a relationship for around 10 years.

The woman later said Hudak was abusive from the start.
Living in Leeds, she said he was largely verbally abusive but it was “punctuated” by bouts of violence. He was later given a restraining order to keep him away.
In September 2016 he grabbed her during an argument, breaking her finger. He initially refused to let her go to the hospital but relented.
She required an operation but did not tell medical staff how the finger was damaged.
Then in 2022 he punched her repeatedly to the ribs during another argument. Later that year the relationship came to an end and she contacted the police.
It was heard she continues to have problems with the damaged finger.
Hudak, of Whitley Wood Road, Reading, Berkshire, has previous convictions for assault and breach of his restraining order, both against his former partner.
Mitigating, Shannon Woodley said the ABH was now a decade old and that Hudak was in a new relationship with no problems.
She said he was “very candid” about his use of alcohol being a problem, while a probation report found that both he and his ex would drink heavily.
It was said that Hudak accepted responsibility and expressed remorse.
Judge Penelope Belcher gave him a 16-month sentence, suspended for two years, with 100 hours of unpaid work and 10 rehabilitation days with probation.
A five-year restraining order was also put in place.
