These are the names and faces of nine violent criminals locked up in Leeds this week.
Their crimes include jealous thug who glassed his long-term partner in a fit of rage while she was sat at the bar of a social club
Also sentenced at Leeds Crown Court this week, was a paedophile convicted of 14 counts of rape after a safeguarding investigation.

7. Darryl Webster
Thief Darryl Webster was jailed for two years at Leeds Crown Court after it was told he would brazenly “clear shelves” of the Sainsbury’s convenience store on Castleford’s Smawthorne Lane and walk out. A criminal behaviour order (CBO) was imposed on the 26-year-old last month banning him from the store, but within days had returned to continue his stealing spree. | WYP
8. Joshua Teale
Conman Joshua Teale has been jailed for five years and three months after he swindled more than £177,000 from a man whom he convinced was his boyfriend. The 30-year-old spent more than three years draining cash from the unsuspecting victim, spinning lies that included the death of his mother and contracting Covid that required a private nurse. In reality he was spending the cash on gambling websites. | WYP / YEP
9. Mohammed Keita
Teenager Mohammed Keita, who spent the final years of his childhood dealing drugs, has been jailed for three years after police police raided his home and found more than £500 worth of cocaine, and messages related to dealing. The 18-year-old admitted two counts of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs, and two of dealing in Class A drugs. | WYP
