The areas are subject to Public Spaces Protection Orders, which grant authorities the power to deal with particular issues within the areas. 18. North Leeds
Seven areas of north Leeds are covered by a PSPO banning street parties, drinking alcohol in public and taking drugs in public. Bins must not be left places except for after 6pm the night before collection and taken in by 9pm on the day of collection. The areas covered are Headingley, Hyde Park, Woodhouse Moor, parts of Burley, parts of Woodhouse, Little London and Little Woodhouse.
