The areas are subject to Public Spaces Protection Orders, which grant authorities the power to deal with particular issues within the areas. These are the rules in each area:
9. Harehills
People in Harehills are not allowed to drink alcohol in public places. They also have to clear away their wheelie bins and only have them in the street from 6pm the night before collection and 9pm on the day they are collected.
11. Kippax and Allerton Bywater
People in Kippax and Allerton Bywater are not allowed to drink alcohol in public places.
12. Seacroft
This PSPO prohibits access to an alleyway at the end of Murton Close in Seacroft. No person is allowed to use the alleyway. This order came into operation on July 16 2020.
