Shocking video shows brawl outside Leeds Tesco over 'parking row' during lockdown

A shocking video has emerged of a brawl outside a Leeds Tesco store during lockdown, believed to have started over a parking row.

Police were called to reports of a fight between two groups at 5.30pm on Sunday, in the car park of Tesco on Roundhay Road.

An eyewitness filmed the fight from their car, as security guards attempted to break up the two groups.

One female was punched in the head, but she did not suffer serious injures.

A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said: "An argument is believed to have started following a disagreement over parking.

"One female was punched in the head but did not require any medical attention.

"Some of those involved made off from the scene and were stopped by officers nearby on Easterly Road."

Enquires into the incident are ongoing.
