7. Mukisa Kibaya
Hours after being released from prison, paedophile Mukisa Kibaya approached an 11-year-old girl in the street “in a state of undress” with his trousers undone and his underwear. The 48-year-old, who was previously jailed for attempting to entice a young girl into a public toilet, was handed a new two-year jail sentence and told his sexual harm prevention order, which expires in 2031, will remain in place. | WYP / Adobe
