Police issue update after man dies on main road in Leeds

West Yorkshire Police were called by Yorkshire Ambulance Service to Swinnow Lane just after 3pm on Sunday.
The road was closed while paramedics administered emergency treatment.
The man was pronounced dead a short time later.

Hide AdA police spokesman said there were "no suspicious circumstances."
He added: "At 3.09pm yesterday (19/4) police were contacted by the ambulance service who were attending to a man found unconscious in Swinnow Lane, Leeds.
"The 77-year-old man given emergency treatment but was pronounced dead at the scene a short time later.
"There were no suspicious circumstances and the Coroner’s Office has been informed."
