Police attend reports of youths on train tracks at Morley station
Police attended reports of youths on the train tracks at Morley station on Thursday.
Officers from the Outer South Neighbourhood policing team attended the report of youths throwing items on to the track.
The youths were also spotted climbing down from the platform.
The team were assisted by colleagues from British Transport Police and Network rail.
Checks were made for any damage or obstructions on the rails.
Police confirmed "everything was in order".
However, three of the youths were located by BTP officers.
Appropriate action will follow, police said.
