Court grants further closure order for East End Park area of Leeds
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
The extension follows the partial Closure Order, which was obtained in October 2021 from Leeds Magistrates Court under the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014.
It will continue to cover Ascot Terrace, Temple View Terrace, Temple View Place, Temple View Road, Glensdale Road, Glensdale Mount, East Park Drive, East Park View, Aysgarth Drive, Aysgarth Close, Aysgarth Walk and Aysgarth Place.

Hide AdLegislation means that it is prohibited for any person to engage in disorderly behaviour (this means using abusive or threatening words or conduct to others); be in possession of any controlled drug - other than a prescribed medicine; be in possession of any firework or other explosive substance; be in possession of any offensive weapon or using any object as an offensive weapon.


Anyone breaching these restrictions will be asked to leave the area or be arrested.
It does not apply to visitors, carers, family members, tradespersons, or emergency services, as long as the restrictions are not breached.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "East Leeds Neighbourhood Policing Team, welcome the extension granted and will continue to work with Leeds City Council Anti-Social Behaviour Team, to address reports of anti-social behaviour and associated criminality in the locality."
